Processing

Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Delivery windows

• US-warehouse items: typically arrive within about 3–8 business days after shipping.
• Partner-warehouse (international) items: typically arrive within about 8–16 business days after shipping.

Each product page notes its expected window before you buy.

Shipping cost

Free — shipping within the US is included on every order.

Tracking

We email tracking as soon as it’s available. If tracking hasn’t updated within a few days, email hello@themapleandmain.com and we’ll chase it down.
