We want you to be happy with your order. If anything isn’t right, email hello@themapleandmain.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days — we’ll offer a replacement or a refund. Usually we don’t ask you to ship the item back; a photo of the issue is enough.

Changed your mind

For unwanted items, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll find a fair solution. Depending on the item, we may ask you to return it in its original condition; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5–10 business days.
